Josh Brown
I’ve been in the Sport and Fitness industry for 12 years now. I’ve gained an extensive knowledge over the years by participating in a range of high level sports. Playing sports has given me an great understanding of dedication and discipline and the focus needed to achieve results.Understanding the fundamentals of strength and conditioning has helped me gain a vast amount of experience in meeting clients’ needs, from weight loss to muscle growth as well as training adjustments and modifications.
I am extremely passionate about the education of fuelling your body correctly through healthy eating and nutrition. I take time to understand your lifestyles and make achievable changes to get results you want to see. My training sessions are very challenging and I will push your body to adapt, improve and develop not only physically but mentally.
I’ve learnt that with a positive mindset, drive and desire any goal can be reached. That’s why I will work with you to make you want to achieve as much as I do.

James Haddon
I have been lucky enough to be a personal trainer since 2012.
Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of clients. From a professional level within Cricket, Tennis and GB wheelchair rugby; To working with the average gym goer as young as 5 to as old as 70.
My background being a fat lad who loved playing rugby and with an interest in sport led me to get a degree in sports science. This started off a journey of coaching others and self-improvement in health and fitness. Working in a variety of gyms and sports clubs; also going back to university to get a masters degree and completing my UKSCA accreditation.
Currently I work part time at Bedford Modern School as a strength and conditioning coach working to get kids from the age of 7-18 to get better at sport. Run a ladies only weight loss, small group training group called New Peaks Fitness. Then personal train a range of clients looking to lose weight, get strong, recover from injury, and look good naked.
In a world of the banana diet and completing 3 legs bums and tums classes back to back to exercise; I try to cut the nonsense and inspire people to make some fundamental lifestyle changes to improve physically and mentally.

Liam Wright
I’m Liam Wright the proud owner of LWfitness, I am an experienced Personal trainer based at Selected Fitness in Northampton. I graduated from the University of Bedfordshire 4 years ago as a qualified personal trainer with a degree in Sports Science.
Since then my aim has been to help people achieve their health and fitness goals, however big or small they are. I pride myself on delivering quality coaching for ANYONE, catering to their specific needs, no matter what.
My approach to personal training is that getting in shape should not take over someone’s life, but merely slot into their day to day routine, with minimal negative impact and hopefully even some enjoyment!
I believe with the right combination of hard work, consistency, and time everyone can achieve their goals and more.
